Living in the now and not worrying so much about the past and future is very uplifting and has helped me. When you live in the now, your life is more joyful. However, I frequently found that Tolle talks over my head, using language such as "pain body" and "unmanifested". He does explain these words, but the explainations can be hard to follow at times. Furthermore, the question and answer format Tolle uses is distracting.
