Like the other reviewers I did not expect to have to have a aerobic step, but purchased one anyways. The cardio kickbox is rather disappointing if you are looking for a advanced cardio session- I found it rather short and not enough to work up a real sweat. The other dvd's however prove to be a bit tougher although I do find Jillians rantings to get annoying after a few times. Also the nutrition tips are a joke, it is nothing more than telling you the tital of her book.

These Dvd's are defiantly challenging, if and only if you get the exercise bands that do not come with the Dvd's! More money! The Dvd's are really long and I often shut them off simply from boredom! I really can't keep up and active for that long, especially since the speed is not consistent. You sometimes do slow moves and sometimes do fast. You are never working to a goal and the workouts are not divided into sections or target areas so you just feel like you are randomly jumping around for a long time with no set target to be reached. Also the stretching at the beginning is really aggressive and if you were to follow him you could easily hurt yourself. I really enjoyed the fast paced exercises this DVD gives you. great work out, got me sweating yet enjoying my workout. she gives good clear instruction , and she doesn't leave you behind. I don't regret this buy.

I normally hate to exercise by tape because it bores me to tears. This DVD was over before I knew it. It was fun and energizing. I did it at 11:00 at night and ended up outside doing stuff in the yard. The only problem I had was the heart rate lowered waiting on Billy and his people to regroup, but to give you an idea of how hard this workout is, many of the men on the video were sweating like pigs. The DVD is only 30 minutes. About 10 minutes is warm up and about 10 minutes is cool down and, in between, you have people regrouping so I would say your heart rate is probably up for about 15 minutes. I was sweating though. I enjoyed the workout immensely.

I have always been a fan of Billy Blanks and was quit amaze to see the guy on the infomercials, i said to myself is that a rip off cause you know how dumb informacials are, but Billy was always credible to my eyes.

Seeing him kick in various martial arts magazine and in all thoses action movies i could never pass by the idea that he would be my personal trainer.

Tae bo is where its at to lose weight, unwanted inches, build muscles and in my case experiment great relief from my back pain.

I stopped training at the gym and am now doing Billy dvd each morning at evening.
