I took a chance and bought this movie because I got everything else form stargate sg-1 to stargate atlantis and the other movie, The Ark of truth. I was not even a bit disappointed with this movie!

This movie is simply like a 2 part episodes from the original series and they can do many more and I would buy them!

The comedy sticks, everything that was original to the series is all stuck together in this movie. If you are a fan of stargte you will not be one bit disappointed in this one.

Totally loved it!

The thing about Heroes, beyond the incredible idea of the show, beyond the performances of the actors, beyond the slick production ... is the writing. This show is just plain clever. There is an effective use of humour and irony, the pacing in brilliant, the dialogue is crisp. Underlying everything that others have said about it is rock solid vision and a respect for the viewer. Television at its very finest.

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles - The Complete First Season

This was one of, if not THE best new series of last season. Despite the writer's strike shortening this series' first season down to only nine episodes, it was action packed! Forget the few negative reviews out there saying that it ignores T3, because that's a good thing. This is supposed to take place after T2, therefore T3 does not exist in this story line. The writing is clever and sticks to the Terminator canon. If you liked T1 and T2 and are willing to accept that this series uses them as its basis and goes in a slightly different direction, you'll love this series. This is one of the most unique, original, understated and hilarious dry-wit comedies I have ever seen. Welcome to the new standard. As talented and creative as Jemaine and Brett are, it would not be fair to ignore the brilliant supporting characters of band manager Murray Hewitt, lone fan Mel and friend and confidant Dave. So classic.
Thanks guys!

Season 3 was an excellent mix of drama, humor and suspense which was a great improvement from the predictable scripts from season 2. All characters were fully developed which made the season finale make sense. In terms of entertainment, I found Laurie's character - Dr. Greg House - wildly enigmatic and it is the draw that keeps me coming back for more!

HBO's The Wire is a compelling and gritty series that takes it's time to work through the details of policing and police work. Most 'cop'shows are slotted into hour long segments where the crime is committed, investigated and solved in 48 minutes plus commericals. The Wire spends time building a case and while doing so building a relationship between the viewers and the characters. The world of drug lords and dope dealers is alien to me ... the writers and the actors, however, managed to 'humanize' people who are usually only presented as deviant, defiant and dangerous. Marvelous television. Brilliant writing. Stunning acting. Awesome viewing.
