Wow.....More quality from Motorhead. You haven't heard Rock until you've heard this. How do they do it? Avril isn't punk, she's pop. Ihave to get this for all of my band. Motorhead are up top, along with Led Zeppelin and The Ramones. It's a shame that Motorhead are disbanded....I am a young viewer and happened upon Motorhead by chance. A major point in my life,as all 'head fans will know. The moment my CD player got to The Ace Of Spades i was hooked. I can class myself a fan.

Do you want to know what I did? I wanted to get into the great Led Zeppelin. I was going to purchase an old CD-copy of IV/Zoso. But then I found out that there were also vinyl replicas, collections and other choices. I ended up wit Early Days&Latter Days -combo, which absolutely adore and recommend to anyone wanting a sampler of LedZep. Then I started thinking, which album would I get first. But first I bought the great DVD and also The Song Remains The Same -DVD. Later I got Unledded -DVD.
I pondered and pondered on my album purchases. I knew I would need them all. And then I decided to collect and spend the money and get me this wonderful boxset.

Forever More

California vets Tesla still create the best hard rock going. Forever More just continues the legacy. These are just great tunes. Five guys playing rock n roll; or hard rock, or metal. Call it what you want. Sure the guitar dynamics are not as pronounced as with Tommy Skeoch in the band but the legend Frank Hannon and Dave Rude blend, weave and then counteract each other perfectly. Not too many bands play like this anymore; great music with no tricks, no hype, no trends. Just honest. Fav cuts: the killer "Breakin' Free", "One Day at a Time" and "Forever More".

This is the 3rd go-around of Foreigner's best, following 1982's "Records" and 1992's "The Very Best... and Beyond". So what does "Complete Greatest Hits" (20 tracks, 77 min.) have to add to this?

There is little difference in the songs found on "The Very Best" and "Ultimate Greatest Hits". The major difference is that "Ultimate" sequences the songs chronologically, and it really does make it a much better listen overall. A nice touch is that "Ultimate" includes "Soul Docter", one of the new songs on "The Very Best". In the end, "Ultimate" is your best choice. As always, the great folks at Rhino did a great job packaging the CD, with great liner ... Read More:

Garage Inc. is a surprisingly cohesive and musically sound album that'll appeal to most of Metallica's fans in some way or another. The first disc contains new recordings that breathe life to some classics. They're undeniably Metallica songs but they're faithful to the originals. Most of these are standouts in excellence, except for the covers of Discharge's "Free Speech For The Dumb" and Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Tuesday's Gone" which are somewhat dry compared to the others, like the Black Sabbath and Misfits covers. The second disc will appeal better for fans of the band's earlier work, since most of these recordings originate from that time. These are heavier than the first disc but they're awesome. Rust Never Sleeps

It's hard to believe that I picked up "Rust Never Sleeps" on vinyl more than 20 years ago. I just downloaded the album the other day and it still holds up all these years! God, I recommend everybody go and revisit this album (or pick it up for the first time if you've never heard it before). This album still rocks!

Wow, if you are a Collective Soul fan, you will absolutely love this DVD! If you're not, what's wrong with you? They play live with the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra on this DVD. So many of their songs adapt quite easily to having an orchestra background, and the result is a fantastic sound.
