This is a very enjoyable and well-finished game. It's aimed squarely at people who like to solve puzzles, but it should also appeal to people who like gadgets and unusual machines.
The puzzles start out very easy, but get more challenging as you go on. The early puzzles are designed to teach you about the user interface, and about the function and purpose of the various crazy parts that you can build into your machines.
Occasionally the solutions depend on the exact placement of parts to get a somewhat 'fluky' result, but usually this is not the case. In this respect, the game seems better than its forerunner, The Incredible Machine. The graphics and built-in physics are really excellent, and the sensation of movement ... Read More:

This game has been widely compared to the DIABLO series - and understandably so, I guess: any hack 'n' slash cRPG is bound to seem to have borrowed from the bestseller action-cRPG. Nevertheless, it bears more similarities to another great game: NOX.
This is a VERY GOOD game in every aspect: third person perspective with good camera placement; natural character movement; fun projectile physics; a transforming pet/sidekick with interesting abilities; tons of weapons and equipment to barter; good and crisply designed environments; and appropriate sounds and voices...It may not feature the deeper of story-lines or "official D&D dice" getting thrown in the background, but, without being a children's game, IT IS REALLY FUN!!!

Great collection! Only problem is it is mis-advertised. It is not ALL X-Men titles, it is all Uncanny X-Men titles plus Giant Size X-Menu issue #1. "Gold Team" is included but does not include "Blue Team" X-Men titles (ie: Uncanny X-Men vs X-Men series) or any other x-books, spin offs, or solo titles (ie: Wolverine 1980s).
