. ESET Smart Securityfrom: ESet Tech December 13, 2007 I have owned and worked with every major antivirus on the market including Norton, McAfee, Trend Micro, Zone Alarm, Kaspersky, Bit Defender. Every single one of these products has caused performance issues and in many cases stability problems on my computer. After finally giving up on my latest retail AV/Internet Security product on my home computer by Trend Micro (I have owned and ran 2006, 2007 and tested 2008) I finally gave up on Trend. I had way to many issues with the product including spyware still getting on my computer and Trend using a tremendous amount of system resources.
