It looks and feels almost exactly like Sony's PlayStation controller, so if you're used to that, there's virtually no learning curve. I should add I'm running it all under FedoraCore 5, and it works beautifully (I can't comment on Windows functionality). Plug the controller in, run the calibration, assign the buttons in the emulator(s), and away you go. Response is good, it actually feels better than the Xbox 360 controller I was previously using under windows. Range is fine, I'm sitting about 10 feet away from the PC on my couch when playing. I have a few different RF devices in the room, but I've noticed no interference issues. Well worth the money. |
