To be honest, I can't see how a lot of people have given this workout 5 stars. I love the concept but this advanced tape is poorly done. First, the stretching at the beginning is ridiculous - way to fast for a warm up/stretch (practically gave me whip lash when I did the neck stretches). This was the biggest disappointment. Second, the double time movements are impossibe to do correctly (due to the speed) and dangerous. Third, the video quality is the worst I have ever seen and it seems like the routine was put together in one take without proper editing, cueing, etc.
That being said, I still love the concept. I quit doing this tape due to the above reasons and bought the Kathy Smith kickboxing workout which was put together perfectly, ... Read More:

I played this tape so many times it broke! It doesnt get any better - great music, great workout, interesting video, & sexy - very motivating. I switched to DVD & couldnt find any of Claudia's on DVD so bought others but none of them have the cool music/great workout; they are boring & not much of a workout. I hope Claudia's will be made available on DVD.

It's the best (animated) movie I've ever seen.I saw it for the first time 11 years ago - when I was 7 years old. Great story about dog who got lost and found love...I like it and I would give my life if I could see Rover on DVD.

Sir Mason Harwood (Ian Richardson) runs an auction. He sends his daughter Margaret Harwood (Penelope Ann Miller) to a Scottish estate to take inventory for a potential auction. There she discovers an extremely large and rare bottle of wine that was bottled during the year in which Halley's Comet was discovered (1811.) She informs her father of the find.

Not entirely trusting his daughter with the retrieval Sir Mason sends help, Oliver Plexico (Timothy Daly) that also has a different interest in the bottle. Friendly rivalry on this retrieval mission leads to romance.

But wait another pursuer of the bottle, Philippe (Louis Jourdan) appears on the scene. He wants the bottle for nefarious purposes and Margaret is in the way.

My 6-year-old is obsessed with this film. It seems like every time I hear the TV turn on, my daughter's got "Snow Dogs" popped into the VCR...again (sigh...)! It's harmless good fun and I certainly don't mind hearing her gleeful laughter resounding through the house. The only thing that gets on my nerves are the Michael Bolton references. Michael Bolton's music is used in the film soundtrack. Michael Bolton is a White recording artist, but his most successful releases have consistently been cover versions of songs by Black artists. The central character in "Snow Dogs" finds out that he's not only adopted but also only half-Black. this is a great film to watch with the entire family. It has all of the elements that are successful to family films. The hero is a boy and his dog, plus it has the magical mystery of the supernatural and it leaves you with a good moral at the end. Morgan Brittany is different than I have ever seen her, without makeup and totally believeable as a mother. She has been very underated as an actress and this gives her another dimension. I highly recommend this to both children and adults.
