Eternal Sonata, a beautifully cell-shaded linear RPG, doesn't miss the mark, not at all by no means, this game is truly a work of art. You play a range of characters with inter-related storylines. Essentially, famous pianist, Frederic Chopin is on his death bed, and he has a dream that is challenges his ideas of reality. The first playable character, Polka, is a girl afflicted with magic, in the dream those who weald magic are terminally ill, who wishes to do more with her short life, she meets Frederic in the dream and they begin their journey. But in between that you will be introduced to Retto and Beat, two homeless kids trying to save other poor people. Crackdown - Bilingual

Crackdown now has to stand on its own as a sale. I was doubtful of how much fun I would have from trying the demo, but after renting it and giving it a serious play (besides participating in the Halo 3 beta) I certainly plan to own Crackdown, most likely from a Marketplace seller at an appealing price.

Like the GTA series, the game is an open sandbox, and there are enough interesting physics and unique aspects of the gameplay to enjoy over the span of several months. Really you can complete the game story in a few days of play, so if you can enjoy the world and the frenetic gameplay as mindless fun there's really no more to be justified.

The co-op online story play is interesting if you like that kind of thing with friends ... Read More:

Lost Odyssey

This is a really great and fun RPG. I am a long time fan of the final fantasy, dragon quest, star ocean etc games. This is game is a great start to a terrific franchise.

The story is really nice, and the voice acting is pretty good, although a little cheesy at times.

There are load times and such, but nothing different than any other rpg that I have played before. Pretty standard when it comes to loading.

The graphics are top notch, a few minor stutters here and there, but nothing to complain about thats for sure. Does not in anyway detract from the game or ruin the experience in any way what so ever, that goes for the load times as well. They do not distract from the game what so ever.

Premièrement j'ai jamais été un grand fan des jeux type "Diablo" mais si vous aimez, vous aimerez ce jeu. Bref les côtés positifs, sont que j'ai meme pas compris comment passé la 2eme porte du jeu et j'ai pas chercher d'avantage car on dirait les graphiques des consoles précédentes et même plus vieux... J'ai acheté ce jeu pcq il n'était pas si cher neuf, mais je regrette l'achat car je ne jouerai pas plus longtemps a ce jeu raté. A vous d'y voir, soyez CERTAIN d'aimer le genre.

Good game, but you really need a big screen TV to fully enjoy the graphics of the game. I finished the game on a 32" TV and the characters that you control are tiny. The story line is very linear, no that many optional quests, although there is a quest (mini game if you will) for every Marvel character. Although linear, any Marvel fan will not want to miss this game. The conversation is a bit cheesy to me, but since it's coming directly outta the comics, I can't blame it.

'Enchated Arms', one of the few RPGs out there for the 360, is just an OK game. The game looks nice, but it plays linear, you can only walk (or run) the path that is presented to you. In a world of Elder Scrolls Oblivion, and it's open world, this game lacks it, but with lots of walking still, although its on paths, the game is still very nice looking. It follows the mysterious life of Atsuma, well part of it, he has a weird arm with a mind of its own sometimes. With the re-awakening of the Ice Witch, Atsuma must save the world with the help of his friends, or with the aid of caputred golems, almost like Pokemon. Baroque may be marketed as an action RPG, but it's heart is that of a roguelike. Roguelikes are a genre based on certain conventions, such an emphasis on replayability with randomized dungeons and items, deep and detailed game mechanics, and unrelenting difficulty with severe penalties for death. Tradtionally, rogulikes also have the simplest of stories and visuals. Baroque luckily exceeds the standard here, with a genuinely twisted story and exceedingly atmospheric graphics.
