I purchased this game 2 weeks ago.

When you first install this game, it will automatically, secretly, install a program called SecuROM into the Kernel of your computer. The Kernel is the highest administration level of your computer, it can interact directly with your hardware.

Facts:

1) SecuROM installs itself automatically when you install the game. It installs itself onto Ring 0 (Ring 3 is where most programs operate, ring 1 and 2 are your device drivers/OS, and ring 0 is the root of your computer where direct interaction with your hardware Ram CPU etc occurs). ... This is an amazing game for any older kid, teen, or adult. The game play is simple to learn, however the game is much easier after you have played for awhile and become comfortable with the controls. If you are a fan of The Sims , you will be absolutely blown away by the better realism. The new Sims are smarter, and the amazing graphics make them look even more like real people. Also, your Sims now grow older and change. A female sim now has a gestation period before she has a baby. A Sim may be created at any life stage in create-a-Sim, and a baby born during the game will go from baby to toddler to child to teen to adult to elder. The Sims 2 Pets Expansion Pack

I had Sims 2 for my PC and then switched over to a Mac OSX and bought Sims 2 and Sims 2 Pets. I enjoy the game and haven't had any difficulties loading it or running it. There hasn't been any crashing just hours upon hours of fun. I can't wait to purchase Sims 2 Seasons.

It's fun to build houses in the game and run The Sims' lives. But other than that it's a pretty dull game. But it's still good to buy in order to see the young Sims go off to University!

Civilization IV Warlords (Mac)

Over the last 10 years that I first installed STARCRAFT I have replayed it countless of times. Every time a new overhyped game disappointed me, this is one of the games I pulled out of my library to be reminded what GREAT PC GAMES LOOK & PLAY LIKE! (others include UNREAL, BALDUR's GATE, GRIM FANTANGO and SHOGUN:TOTAL WAR)

Everyone has his/her favorite RTS and no one can claim that STARCRAFT introduced the futuristic RTS genre (that would be DUNE). Nevertheless, the great, crisp and clear graphics, the balanced units and the strategic terrain all contributed to turning STARCRAFT into a true classic. Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 for Mac OSX is a Very easy to get the controls and stuff figured out.I would recommend that you but the "Soaked" expansion with it though. Sluggish at times, Overall, 4 STARS.
