Yes, most of you readers can come to the conclusion how amazing this game can be. For fun, exercices, etc Imagine the party you can do as you competing with your friends. So I won't repeat what everybody else already wrote on this game: if you like to dance, listen pop/dance music and get in shape, YOU CANNOT BE DISAPOINTED !!! The game is amazing. Dance pad come in different quality but depending you budget, you can easy adapt it to not slide (with tape) etc This game is a must have !!!!
On the other hand, AMAZON.CA or AMAZON.COM can't ship the game to Montreal :( Maybe because of the "Office de la langue française" new policy on games. However, I was able to get it from another online site and I am sooooooo happy to finaly ... Read More:

Usually when I play video games, I play alone using one-player modes. The one-player mode on this game was extremely annoying. The computer players are always yelling out goofy phrases while spinning the wheel; they also seem to get less "bankrupts" and "lose a turns" while getting more "special prizes" than you; I played some rounds where I didn't even get to spin the darn wheel. If you want to have any fun with this game play it with NO computer players. Maybe invite some friends and/or family over to play it with you because like I said earlier it just isn't much fun playin' solo. I give it 2 stars at best.

Tetris Worlds had two modes, arcade (which I haven't played) and story (although you wouldn't know the story unless you read the manual). There are several different game styles, most of them are pretty fun. The problem is that it seems to miss the point. Tetris is about staying "alive" as long as possible, and the next time you play you try to go longer. With this version after you get through level 15 you "win" and the game is over. I was able to do that for most of the game styles the 1st time I played them. The only place to improve is to get through the levels faster, and (for me) that's not fun.
They try to allow you to make a character or sorts (a cube with an eye) but the customization is pitiful (2 eye colors, 2 hair ... Read More:

I recently hauled out my old NES and SNES to play some old school games. Since I grew up on these machines, I really appreciate the simple controls and gameplay they offer, despite the stone age graphics and sound. I loved the original Mega Man series on the NES and just had to get this for PS2 when I heard it was coming out.
I played all 6 originals, but only owned 2 thru 5, so it is great to own those that I never had. After playing them again, I just can't believe how wonderful play control is in these original games. I don't think there are any games produced since with control this tight and crisp. I think the original 6 games have better control than 7 and 8.

The kinks definitely need to be worked out of this game. The concept and graphics are top-notch, but there are some very frustrating aspects to it. The "judging" programming needs help, since several of my answers were correct, yet were ruled incorrect, for reasons which were not always clear. Players must be spot-on with their spelling of words, due to the fact that the computer judge is extremely literal (e.g. "first star" was not allowed for the answer to "Twinkle, twinkle." "Star" was the correct answer). Also, the spelling prompt at the bottom of the screen actually allows for unintentional "cheating", if you will. That is, I had intended to type in the answer "Sheldon," when actually I meant "Shelley." ... Read More:

This is one of the funnest games I've ever played during my eleven years of living! It added many new features and 3D effects, but stayed true to the Pac-Man formula(e.g. gobbling up dots). My favourite level is the Snow level because Pac-Man gets ice skates and makes manuevering much more easier. My favourite new feature is the ability to walk, jump, butt-bounce and "rev roll". In the older Pac-Man games, all you could do was travel along a maze(as a 2-D character) gobbling up dots and chasing ghosts, which seems pretty boring to me, probably because I'm young. Anyway, I give this an A+. Everyone who owns a GameCube, Xbox or PS2 be sure to pick it up at your local gaming store. You won't be disappointed. Trust me!

When I bought our Playstation 2 I didn't have a clue to what game I should buy. I bought the Shrek game without reading any reviews. I guess it was beginners luck. Great game. You have two game modes. One lets you simply play the games you want, or the other that lets you play the Shrek game that allows you use a "bug trading" strategy against the other players. I think the fact that up to 4 people can play is a huge plus. I wish more video games had this feature. I bought a few highly rated games since, but Shrek ranks number one. Fun for the whole family.
