A large amount of portable fun packed into a small box! This compilation of FF1 and FF2 redone with new graphics, some minor tweaks and 2 extra randomized dungeons makes for a wonderful trip back to memory lane, when characters were defined not by names or plots but by their class, and when monster encounters were refreshingly simple: just kill and loot everything in sight!

Not recommended for people expecting a deep, complex plot or meaningful character interaction. Just enjoy these classic RPG games from the Golden Age of gaming.

This game rocks! Ok, I know that it might get a little boring... mabye really boring... but that's only for a little while. I got this game a really long time ao and I also had a cheat book. I think that the cheat book is a waste of money! The game on the other hand is one of the best games I've ever played! You might forget about it for about 3 years but then you will probably remeber it and will play, play and $300.00 for the final answer! That's right! PLAY!!!!!!! This is the best game and it is also fairly priced!

Overall a great game! When I first started playing the game, it was a bit frustrating because my monsters were so weak. After you make the first few into coaches, though, you can go a lot faster. There is some variety, too, being allowed to explore different areas. What I liked best was you can still play after the credits have run. What I disliked was that to unlock ALL of the monsters, you've got to do some obscure things, and that takes a REALLY long time.

Even though I really like the Harry Potter Book's and Movies,I was very dissapointed in this one.I really liked the Sorcerer's Stone.Even though I thought it was pretty simple,I would always go back to play it some more and I have a reason for that-because it was fun.And I waited patientely for this and then finnaly I went downtown to buy it for 20$.Unlike the Sorcerer's Stone this one is extremely boring. You know why?Because every time you wanna select a spell, you gotta open your select a spell and then press 'B' again. On top of that, there are very few enimies and the levels are little more than casting Flipendo at a switch or whatever. You had an incredible amount of health and checkpoints so it wasn't very challenging at that aspect.Maybe the only two cool ...
