Dark Sector

Dark Sector, a 3rd person shooter, and a multiplatform release is a beautifully rendered game, with amazing looking environments, character modelling and just a fun gameplay to it. But somewhat reminiscent of many 3rd person shooters, hey even the quick weapon menu is similar to the Assassin's Creed D-pad, which is good.

Playing as a super spy/killer, Hayden Tenno, you are sent into a ruined city, Lasria that has been infected by a virus. As Tenno you are charged with an assassination. However, the mission goes bad when Tenno himself is attacked and infected by the virus, which makes part of his body metallic with a seriously fun weapon, the glaive, a three bladed throwing star that can also be used for quick kills when close up ... This game was IS fun, I'll tell you that, it is a blast also on multiplayer, since you have to think, and not just run into places like in Halo, because otherwise you'll just get gunned down very quickly.

The story mode also had a good storyline, but I didn't even get to finish it, because of a glitch. In a level, where you get off a turret, my guy would just stay on the ground, like he was holding a turret.

Also, sometimes it freezes no matter what you do, and also the how you can't skip the cutscenes while you're in a helicopter was annoying, since they were horrible, just looking down while flying? Come on!

Excellent . Follows the same format . Excellent choice of songs, favors older stuff which I prefer . The vault is filled with more Aerosmith songs and some Joe Perry solos stuff instead of unknowns . Love the graphics .

I never have really liked any Capcom games, hell, I've hate them. This is one of the few Capcom games I can witstand for more then 10 minutes.

Anyways, the store keeper at EB Games said this was a good game (before I left I phoned my friend JUST to make sure this game wasn't sh-t), so I got it.

Anyways, this game is NOT like Gears of War at all! The only similarity is that it's third person, and you can even change that through the game options (or even in-game). The worst part about this game is that you have a timer that steadily decreases (it decreases faster if you get in vehicles, or take damage).

About this timer... if it goes all the way down, you're basically dead. But you can get up to 9999 of it, while ... Read More:
