Western Digital WDE1U5000E Elements externe Festplatte 500 GB HDD USB2.0von: Elements powered by Western Digital Ich nutze die 1TB Western Digital Elements externe Festplatte für Datensicherungen seit ein paar Wochen und bin begeistert. (Ich benutze einen Mac mit OSX in der Version 10.5.5) Anfangs hatte ich Probleme die HDD richtig zu formatieren, aber eine Suche im Internet hat Abhilfe geschafft. Die HDD muss für Mac OSX als "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)" formatiert werden! Aber bevor man diese Platte formatieren kann, muss das Laufwerk auf das Partitionsschema "GUID-Partitionstabelle" eingestellt werden. Wie das genau funktioniert? Ganz einfach: Finder öffnen, auf eure interne Macintosh HD klicken, Programme, Dienstprogramme öffnen und dort das "Festplatten-Dienstprogramm" (Disk Utility) starten. Das Laufwerk ... weiter |
