 Rating:  - good for someone with their first DSLRGives you nicely the basics on how to use the different settings on the camera, and what it all means. A good section in the end on how to take different kinds of pictures. Very good for someone who's just got their first DSLR; I doubt it will be that helpfull for someone who's already had a previous DSLR. Biggest complaint I have is that most of the pictures in the book are taken with lenses that seem a bit expensive for the 450D, more like lenses for 40D or upwards. So as such there is a slight difference on how the book describes using the camera and how the owners most likely will use it. Though this is only a minor problem, as the basics are still the same no matter the cost of the lense in question. Also has a basic guide to taking specific photos towards the end. |
