 Rating:  - Fish-tastic first toyThis is a great first toy. Not only is it fun to chew and look at, but when babies first start being able to control their arms, the big opening at the top of the "bowl" makes it easy for them to drop the little creatures in themselves, which they love being able to do. Now, the little sea creatures live in our bathroom! Rating:  - my first fish bowlMy 11 month old son loves this - especially the fish with a bell inside. Each of the four characters makes a different noise - a scrunchy crab, a rattling star fish, the fish mentioned before and a squeaky clam. The colours are bright and eye-catching and there are loads of different textures. When he was smaller, my son found the clam and the star fish harder to grasp as they are rounded and the material is a bit slippery. The other two are easy for little hands to pick up (and chew) and they are very easy to wipe clean. The bowl itself can be used for endless games, and the whole thing is very robust. In our house it is rare to find any of the four characters actually IN the fish bowl. |
