 Rating:  - 3D Street Fighter for the ps1It's Street Fighter 3D for he ps1... some of the old classic characters are there (Ryu, obviously the Street Fighter mascot), and some new ones. I have to say that some of the new characters in this game were some of the worst things capcom ever created- they are ridiculeous looking, virtually unforgetable, and have cra p attack moves. Released in 1997, and being one of the first few fighting games alongside Tekken back in the day, gameplay is still pretty experimental. The turbo speeds which made the 16-bit Street Fighter games so much fun doesn't seem to exist on this game. While there are combo attacks that can be pulled off, etc, the fighting is far from hyper. The music is nothing classic either, and the only decent b/g tracks are Ryu's ... Read More: Rating:  - good old capcomI just love the street fighter series made by the one and only capcom. They transported the powerful punches and the killing kicks on to the 3d stage. This one of a great series that will keep geting better. |
