 Rating:  - Anyone got a paper bag?I love my PS2,I've had it years and have,cough!,a few games for it,what do you mean the shelves have given way?,anyway it's great and the console I use the most but why,why,why is it so ugly?!,it is honestly the most ill-designed object I've ever seen,mis-shapen 'abstract'shape,strange corrugations on the front,bits lopped off for no reason a great big 'hole' in the back,for the network adaptor?,no,that screws on the back!?,thankfully it's black,so at night I can only see the green light and just imagine it looks better than it does!! Rating: - Sony PlayStation 2 Consolewhen this ps2 come i could not what to play on it i was on it all day so thank you for selling IT TO ME. Rating: - Great console.My first real game console as I was only introduced to gaming in 2000 when it came out. I have had 100s of hour with this console, and so have many others, as with over 120 Million sold, it is by far the best selling console of all time. The console was the first in the "seventh" generation of gaming consoles, out selling the xbox by more than 4x, it is truly an amazing piece of enginerring. the games for this console is great, with backwards capability with the ps1 games, you have over 1000 titles to choose from, many will of course suit your taste. I would recommend this for a first console for anyone from 7-14 years old, or anyone in fact. My favourite game so far has definately been GTA ... The Playstation 3 has made some of these improvements, but I haven't got one, because they don't have any games out for them yet that I want, and also at the moment they are very overpriced. The gameplay:Some of the games for this machine are very fun, and another great thing about it is that you can still play the Playstation 1 games, which aren't great, but there are a few very good ones. Overall, the gameplay is the best thing about the machine, and it surpasses everything else like the graphics ( which are quite good ),etc. I recommend this, because it is definitely worth the cheap price ... The graphics were great and good. The sound's were just a little better that the playstation one. The gameplay in most game was a lot better. The playstation 2 is good fun if you want a simple easy console this is the one. |
