Rating:  - Not the best picture, but acceptableI bought the official XBox RF Adapter as I was away with family at the time that I purchased my XBox and there were no TVs with SCART or AV sockets available. The instructions were pretty poor, but then it's not exactly a complex piece of kit to plug in. When I first set up the RF adaptor the standard, green-hued XBox setup display was noticably marred by diagonal lines across the screen and a loud crackling sound. Switching the single switch on the RF adaptor got rid of the unwanted noise, but not the diagonal lines. Not impressed by this, I persevered with loading up and playing XIII and found that the the diagonal lines were not really that noticable with and once I started playing the game I didn't really ... Read More: Rating: - Priceless for people with older televisionsThis product is a must have if like me you have an older TV which does not support the SCART connection. Just make sure you order the RF Unit at the same time as when you order your X-Box, so you dont have to wait to play any games any longer than you have to! |
