 Rating: - Sony really are the bestThis is an awsome MD. I come from australia and we don't get the AC adapter but i still think its the madest MD. I put 4 albums onto a 74 minute TDK minidisc using the LP4 mode (which in my opinion stands for 4 cds) and the sound quility is awsome. The MD has a mad bass and the features are endless. it even has AVSL which limits the speakers to a certain volume to so you can't blow the headphones or stuff your ears. Great buy. Rating: - This is GREAT!!!Well what can i say this tiny minidisc is a great product, i have put so many songs onto minidisc digitally, and the sound is great, the analogue recording has also good sound, with the package you get an ac power adapter,good headphones and most important the Optical cable which can be plugged into a hifi with a digital output, the sound quality is excellent even on MDLP4(longer recording time) all of this for a cheap price, if you are looking for a recordable minidisc which is cheap, go for this one! Rating: - CHEAP????????This is a cheap mini disk player but only by price. The quality of playback is as good/better than a cd player even on LP2 (about 160mins one 1 disk) It is fully jog proof which is excellent as a personal cd player that is jog proof will cost about £60 and who wants to carry a personal cd player with them whilst jogging or training. I looked at the specifications and it said it was something like 3cm by 7cm by 8cm, when i drew a picture of it, it looked huge but when I got the player it was only 3cm wide where the single AA battery goes so it isn't very big at all. It produces excellent sound quality, and comes supplied with an optical cable for digital recording, AC adaptor and Sony's plug-in headphones, meaning that it is all ready to be used as soon as you take it out of the box. The only thing that could be improved would be the inclusion of a line cable for analogue recording, as many entry-level purchasers would not have equipment that produces an optical output.
