I bought this game ages ago as one of my first GBA games and completed it in 2 days! 2 soddin days, for gods sake. Someone please make a better game than this! I part xchanged it for spyro season of ice, which, by the way, don't buy that either.
The game itself wasn't too bad, but once it's complete, theres nothing else to do, and it's too short lived. So only buy it if you only plan on doing one mission per week.
Yes, it's really that short!

This game is o.k. and only o.k. Although quite good graphics for agame-boy, the heads of people are just squares and the PS2 version is muchbetter.

It seems like a good game at first. The cars work well, it is simple to learn, but challenging to master. However, there are only 30 missions and once you have completed them, there is nothing more to do apart from free drive mode. Even for a gba game, the graphics are pretty poor, with about 3 models of cars only slightly altered to give you a narrow variety of traffic. Wait and get Driver 3 when it comes out, this is not worth bothering about.

I was a huge fan of the Driver series on PSone and PS2, along with GTA3, Vice City and indeed The Getaway - the absolute freedom of driving around a city causing havoc and avoiding the 'rozzers' in unbeatable. So the GBA version of Driver2 then... Upon purchasing this game I had high hopes, but was not expecting it to be anywhere near as good as the PS2 version in terms of graphics and gameplay, well... thankfully my expectations where totally surpassed. The graphics on this game are unbelievable, its literally like looking at the PS2 version but from about 20 yards away. The tiny graphics are somewhat blocky, but this makes no difference to ... I bought this game thinking of the same set up as Driver 1. The graphics being full 3d make this fantastic and the option of getting out and walking around makes it great fun. The cars are a bit slow at times but when you what it is trying to run graphics wise it's effective. On the take a ride you can drive vans or at the start of Chicargo a full on police car complete with sirens. The car skids and handles when you want it to and the handbrake is usefull in a chase. I think this game is a must buy if your a fan of the Driver series.
