In itself, this is a good game. Not great, but good enough. The soundtrack is well made and the graphics are good, but nothing we haven’t seen before... Combine NFS with the Logitech force-feedback steering wheel though, and you won’t know what hit you! You’ll feel every bump in the road, every puddle of water and you can even feel when you are about to lose control of your car. Definitely worth the money!

Need For Speed:Hot Pursuit 2 IS better than Burnout. That's just one thing I had to make clear before I start. OK, it may not have the best crashes in the world, and it may not have the same feeling of speed as Burnout, but it does have licenced cars. For me, that's it. The handling does suffer on 3rd person views, but switch to the bonnet camera and you're in business. Start off by driving a Lotus Elise and make your way up to driving a McLaren F1. If you go over a bump fast enough, you'll loose control of the car for a moment while it shows you a spectacular view of the jump you do. This can be annoying for small jumps as it can happen very quickly and just alter the control you have. The be the cop mode is great ... Read More:

When i saw this game first it was on the PC it was great. I enjoyed the graphics and game play. The multiplayer on the PC was great with the choice of been the cops or the racer. The gamecube version is a let down in all ways. With poor graphics and sound and with the limited choice of cars the game play of this racer is 2-5 days. My rating 2/10

If you don't like driving games, then move on now. This game is not going to convert anyone to the art of racing simulation.
This game has almost everything you need from a racing game. The graphics are superb. If you can tear yourself away from the driving, take a look at the stunning backdrops. Waterfalls, volcanoes, oceans, ancient ruins etc.
The cars you can select are all real, and all mouth watering !! BMW, Ferrari, Vauxhall, Ford and many more are catered for and the better you drive, the more vehicles you unlock.
The tracks you drive on all look different, but you soon realise that many of them are just variations of others. Altering the start/finish line or running the course backwards does not constitute ... Read More:

If you've ever played a need for speed title then you know pretty much what to expect. But for those who are new let me explain a little about the game first.... The Need for Speed series has always been about racing fast and exotic cars along real world roads rather than round proper race tracks. This means you will encounter traffic and most importantly the police.
This latest version builds upon the rather good original need for speed : hot pursuit and thankfully improves it in nearly everyway.
The physics (and this is the most important part of any driving game)of the ALL cars finally resembles real driving. Before only your car used real physics, the AI cars just tried to look as if they did...and to be honest they did it ... Read More:
