 Rating:  - Just brilliantHaving been through 2 other ipod car chargers, both of which suffered from interference from the car, which sounded like a whine, changing with the engine revs. The Belkin offers a line out from the lighter plug, which gives a fantastic sound, with no interference. A great product, I wish I'd found it before I threw my money away on similar products. Rating:  - Nice bit of kitDon't be put off by the low price charged by Amazon, this is a good piece of kit. Early days at the moment but have used mine for 3 - 4 hours at a time and it works faultlessly and the IPOD has stayed fully charged. You must read the instructions and set the volume on the charger - otherwise there is no output (got the Tee Shirt on this). I like kit like this - it just does what it says it does. PS: I do not usually endorse products, but this deserves it. Rating: - fantastic little deviceAbsolute must for anyone who uses the ipod in the car with a casette adapter. works with the IPOD Video as well. Has a charger and amplifier in the autokit, which allows for volume adjustment without having to crank up the ipod volume or car stero volume to max (One has to do this if the casette adapter is connected directly to the ipod.)The sound quality is also superior as it connects through the dock adapter, rather than the 3.5 mm port for the earphones. Works beautifully with the car stereo system (BOSE) and Monster cable car casette adapter. 5 star product. don t know how they do it so cheap here!!! Rating: - Excellent itemHave just received this item and it works perfectly. It is a snug fit into the cigarette lighter adaptor in my car and will definitely not work loose. I am using an iPod Nano and a Belkin Stereo lead and the sound quality is excellent. At this price you can't go wrong! Rating:  - Does what it says but not impressivelyAllows electrical noise to run through the audio. Build quality is not great. After a week, one of holding catches has snapped off. Charges the IPOD though. |
