 Rating: - Sennheiser HD515Go my pair a few weeks ago. So far so good. The headphones sound great whilst gaming. Crysis Warhead and Stalker - Clear Sky sound terrific. Nice base response. You need a good soundcard to get the best out of them (X-Fi XtremeGamer here) The 'phones were a little tight on my head at first but seem to have loosened up the more I have worn them. Build quality is very good too, plastics seem of a superior quality. As for cons there are not many. One possible con is sound leakage (although you have to turn the volume up to dangerous levels for it to be a problem) And I can't hear the wife calling me when I have them on (this is quite possible a pro!) Overall, highly recommended Rating:  - Great Value Headphones...I don't know masses about headphones, but these are a great upgrade from the little white ones you get with your ipod with a very reasonable price tag. Smallest downside is the cable length, if you're going to use these in you ipod you will have to drag around a fair amount of wire in your pocket. Totally understandable considering these are designed for HI-FI usage. Otherwise great product... look good too Rating: - Wow, what a pair,These headphones are the best i've ever had. I preciously had soem Hitatchi TMP018's and i bought 2 pairs because i liked them so much. Unfortunately they stopped selling these now and i had to get some new ones so i decided instantly i was having Sennheiser ones, and boy am i glad i chose these. The sound quality is superb. I cant see how headphones can get much better than these... So there really is no need to spend anymore than this amount of money on a pair of headphones. Top Notch. Rating: - Excellent set of headphones for the moneyThese cans are comfortable with good sound quality and represent excellent value. I use them at the PC for gaming and listening to music. I have also taken them on long haul flights to use with a PSP - gaming, music and watching movies. They coped quite well on the flight but perhaps a closed headphone would be better. They are quite big so not that convenient for carrying on the tube etc. |
