Read More: Rating: - For what its worth...Warhammer DARK OMEN is set in the Warhammer world which is strongly influenced by J.R.R.Tolkien literature and Dungeons & Dragons role playing. The playstation version is user friendly in controlling a variety of unit types ranging from dwarves to wizards. As Commander Morgan Bernhardt you lead a growing collective of unit types along a not always linear story line. Increasing the units is essential as well as learning how to defeat considerably greater odds through stratergy on over 20 battlefield. Although the Total War stratergy games are more elaborate and inventive, DARK OMEN is still a good fantasy game but I have not played any other Warhammer games since this came out in 1998. |
