 Rating:  - This product does not work properly with Optical MiceAlthough the product is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, because of the shiny fabric used for the actual surface you move the mouse about on, it works less than effectively with optical mice. Small movements are fine, but if you want something that tracks large mouse gestures accurately this product is really not for you. I'll either cut off the mouse surface altogether, or possibly stick on an alternate, less shiny surface. Rating:  - Great Product!Have got one in the office and one at home. Very comfortable even after long periods of use. Gonna get the keyboards now!!! I would recommend this without any hesitation!!! Rating: - A MUST haveOk imagine the scene you are sitting there, your wrists aching, you really don't want to use the mouse any longer yet you've only been using it for 10 minutes. Sound familiar? personally I've tried various products but the Kensington Duo Gel Wave is without question THE BEST!! It is a must have for any person who spends more than 2 hours at a computer. Rating:  - Not great at high speedThis is a well built gel mouse mat, and stylish too. The gel pad(s) are extremely comfortable and even after just 3 days use seem to help combat RSI. The actual mat is supposed to be designed to work well with optical mice (mouses?). However I find that my first generation microsoft mouse, although great under normal use, struggles if you move it rapidly. The mouse is fine on other (non reflective) surfaces. Would like to try a different device, but for now only 3 out of 5 for this product. Rating: - Great before - even better nowTried a few other brands, but the old Kensington gel pad mouse mat had the best feel. Partner stole the old one so had to replace it. Initial scepticism about this new version dispelled by improved feel and great looks. Definitely a must for anyone who thinks pneumatic is best. |
