 Rating:  - Very Good... but soooo annoying!!!I own an 80GB i-pod classic and purchased these headphones as a replacement and on first usage i could tell that they were a bargain as the sound quality was great... but i noticed that my i-pod kept randomly pausing itself like it automatically does when you pull your headphones out... at first it was a minor inconvenience but now it is just a massive annoyance as, if my ipod moves in my pocket it will pause now (even when on hold) and I'm just having to "put up" with the problem as there is no way to fix it Rating:  - What can go wrong?These earphones are very comfortable and offer really, really, really good sound - some tracks I've listened to on these earphones are quite breathtaking.. you'll never want to listen to a 128kbit MP3 file again because the higher bit-rate encoded tracks really sound an ocean apart with these babies! I suppose the bottom line is if you pay £xxx for a set of top-end earphones my worry is (i) Is your hearing really that good to fully appreciate them and ii) Is it then an endless search, seeking out the last ounce of performance and paying hundreds of pounds never sure if there is a better headphone out there that you've missed... Being the n00b he is he broke them quite recently, but if he hadn't they still would have been in great shape. For £4 you can't go wrong with these, quite simply a bargain! Rating:  - Best in-ear headphones I've ever used but still rubbishThese are the best in-ear headphones I've ever got with a device used especially in terns of providing at least a little mid bass due to the large driver. They sound even less harsher with the bass boost on in my Zen vision. However to enjoy the music you need something decent like Koss Porta Pro, Koss KSC75, Sennheiser PX100 or my favorite Audio Technica ATH-EM7. |
