 Rating:  - something different!this game has a duck and cover feature that means if you fight in open war fare you will be slaughtered. this feature gives pointless blown up cars and other objects a point .... for cover. this means you can pick off the enemys one by one safely. it also adds a very high degree of enjoyment and makes this game different or EVEN better to other FPS's. this games single player has a very good life span (as i havent completed it yet)and has the ability to keep you enticed. this game also allows you to pick from a wide range of weapons and allows you to customize each one to your own personal specifications.it also has a feature called terrorist hunt which allows you to primeraly illiminate hostals, saving you the trouble of rescueing hostages. ... Read More: Rating:  - Stealth not crash bang Having owned an Xbox 360 for about 5 months now I have intensely played a number of games that I am comparing this to (Halo 3, COD3, COD4, Half-life2, GTA 4) This is different from your normal crash band shoot-em-up, much like Metal Gear Solid (PS3) you are a small team (and sometimes an individual) who have to fight often large numbers of bad guys. The skill is in learning the uses of different weapons and how to take cover and fire over and around objects. There is real fun in using your team members to clear small rooms with flash bangs, grenades and explosives. If the terrorists are stupid enough to stand near doors then use it to your advantage. Sure, I was a little biased:-) The game would be a 12 in a scale of 0 to 10 if it wasn't for the problems with the multiplayer. When you're online you are likely to experience glitches and server problems. My friend recently knew I was in a room because he saw my rifle miraculously appearing through a closed door (I was using a snake cam. He tried to frag me but I won in the end :-) ) All in all the game is very tactical (especially the multiplayer mode) It is not as tactical as R63 - Raven Shield (People who played it know what I mean) but it still delivers best tactical shooting action ... Rubbish Rating: - Good FPS to your xbox collectionI've been a fan of a series since it first came on PC about 9 years ago (when i was 10). Its changed quite alot over the years, for the better in some ways as well. The added 3rd person (Splinter cell style) while hidden behind walls is a added bonus. But it is has become less complicated compared to the orignals. It's still bloody good fun and multiplayer is fun if not a little laggy. Brought this for £20 and ive seen it for £15 in HMV the other day..... so buy it as its a quality game espically at the price |
