 Rating:  - HIGHLY UNRELIABLE - GIVE THIS A MISSThe fixing brackets, mounted on my Golf headrest, could only be screwed using the central holes - subsequently the brackets were loose and ultimately one cracked The first one I bought - the 2nd screen never worked and delayed my holiday as I had to return to the store to exchange it The exchanged one worked for a few hours then once again failed as the 2nd screen went blank and so was useless It was exchanged once more, worked for one journey, the headrest mounting rail cracked and when used again, a few weeks later for a long journey, the 2nd screen went blank yet again. It was an extremely dissapointing puchase and the mountings for the screens were very wobbly. The numerous ... What a mistake... after about 30 minutes the additional screen got dark and it was impossible to see anything. Try to adjust the brightness and contrast but didn't work. We spend the next hour listening to our daughter cry. She wanted to watch a movie but as our car is big she couldn't see anything in her brother screen. Other bad points: lots of cables, screens fixed far from the headrest- might be a safety issue. Rating:  - Great for kidsVery happy with this set... excellent value. My six year old is quite able to use the controls and his little brother gets to watch too. Only problem we've had is with the remote... we can't get it to work but it's not a big deal. I can't think of a time when I'd want to use it. Rating: - Yours Too Can be Multi-RegionHey folks. First, this device is great. It has everything I want, including good headrest mounts and 3 seperate jacks for our kids headphones. The built-in speakers are good and plenty loud. And most importantly, it's easily switched to multi-region mode. As we are americans living in the UK with a mix of Region 1 & 2 DVDs, this was critical. Here's how (thanks to R. Thorton for his review on Philips PET 720/05): 1. Switch the player on. 2. Press Setup on the remote control. 3. Move the menu selector down to Preferences and then press the Right arrow. 4. My children are really well behaved but there are only so many kids songs and games of eye-spy one can play and stay sane so I have succumbed..... this helps to pass a couple of hours, and for £130 I am very happy. The picture on the second screen is excellent. The picture on the primary device is a bit washed out, and there is some rattling noise from the dvd spinning. This presents no problem in the car, but might if it were to be used on the train. (though the rattling was not audible when headphones are being used.)
