 Rating:  - A reward gameMy daughter has independently become obsessed with Disney princesses (Grrrrr!) - not the best result for a football-loving Dad. However, this game is terrific and she loves exploring the varied tasks and it provides some quality play time. Having been a gaming addict in the past, I don't want to get her stuck on such things so we treat it as a reward - and she loves it. Playing two player we get to do lots of talking, exploring and problem solving in an engaging way. Sure it's easy - but it helps develop hand-eye coordination, logic and language skills in an environment that enagages her. Tippity Top - girl friendly for sure - but I grit my teeth, search for those princesses and see my daughter enjoy herself. Rating: - A very Fun game For Girls!I initially just ordered this game for my nephew (8yrs) and she LOVED it, so I had to buy one for my daughter (6yrs) as well! It starts off with more simple levels and gets a little harder towards the end. Each princess has her own world and her own adventure and its like a few cute little stories that would surely keep the kids entertained. Rating: - Disney Princess Enchanted JourneyMy five year old twin girls think this game is great. It is their first wii game and as each game lasts 5-10 minutes it is perfect for one of them to play while the one not playing doesn't get bored. They enjoy helping each princess and they are learning how to control both the handset and numchuck. Great first game for four to seven year olds. Rating: - Good Girly FunWe bought this for our daughter aged 4, but as it needs both nunchuck and controller to be used at the same time, she was unable to play on her own. She does enjoy using the controller (which acts as the magic wand) but someone else has to use the nunchuck to control the princesses direction. Her favourite aspect is the dressing of the characters. I am sure she will get used to using both controls at some point. This was her first game so she had no previous wii experience. We still recommend it for little girls. Rating:  - Only for the Youngest ChildrenThe Disney Princess game has nice graphics but is ridiculously easy to play. It really will only appeal to young children - probably 3 - 8 - with little experience of computer games. There are only 12 levels, all easy, which only take 5 - 10 minutes each to complete. Our daughter finished the whole game in half a day which hardly makes it worth £20. |
