 Rating:  - Doesn't last longBought it for my 6 yr old daughter who liked it. Lasted 9 months or so, until the mains connection became unreliable and it kept cutting out. This meant we had to constantly re-set it. We then tried batteries but as it is constantly lit I suppose, the batteries only lasted a few days. Fun, but will buy something more robust next time. Rating: - Fun clock but doesn't last long....Have also had 2 of these clocks - great fun to have with the colour changing every hour. First one lasted 10 months and the second only 6 months - the LCD face goes blank and there is no more colour changing. Wish they lasted longer! Rating:  - Doesn't go the distance.My teenaged daughter likes the Aurora clock when it works, but unfortunately it doesn't work for very long. Her first one lasted for about a year before giving up, and the second one lasted a little longer, and now that one won't work either. When it works it's a great little clock, changing colour every hour. If my daughter woke in the night, she would know roughly what time it was simply by what colour the body of the clock was. I will buy her another one because I'm that kind of dad, but this will definitely be the last. When this one goes the same way as the other two it'll be time for a change.
