 Rating:  - Pretty good... As long as you know what you're getting!Unlike the other reviews... I quite liked these. Sure they're "just" plastic, and have no affect on game play, but if you like the look of them, get them. I bought a pair for my 4 year old, who loves the Lego Star Wars game, and he LOVES them... In fact we play with them quite a lot without the controllers being attached, or the Wii being switched on! Rating:  - PointlessThis and all the other wii controller add-ons like the golf/tennis/snooker adapters etc. are ALL a pointless waste of money. They add nothing to the experience of playing any game and usually just get in the way. I can see a lot of household items being knocked over by over zealous kids when using this particular item. Seriously, don't waste your money. You can buy another wii game for the price of this cheap piece of plastic. Rating:  - A bit expensive for what they are....I bought the light sword twin pack together with Lego Star Wars for the Wii for my Boyfriend's birthday - Lego Star Wars is great fun and even I enjoy playing it but I was a bit disappointed with the light swords. They do not glow as brightly as I had hoped (I even changed the batteries to brand new lithium) and they do not make a noise from the actual unit only on the game. For the price I would have hoped for more. Does improve the game a little when you are a jedi character (which is not always). |
