 Rating:  - A genius update to the classic formulaOK, so it is Space Invaders, relatively unchanged too. But what it does add it does with style, class and finesse. The structured powerup system, the Rez-style synaesthetic beats and backgrounds, the branching level structure, bonus rounds, bosses and more. It's a much more nuanced game than you once knew, requiring a little more thought and skill. It can still be played as a hectic blaster but there's a lot more depth if you want it. Absolutely genius for bus/train/tube journeys! Rating:  - Gets boring fastjust a graphical change to the original game and the annoying power ups which makes the game boring. worth a download from PSN but not worth buying. |
