Outrun 2 is a long awaited sequel to a quality arcade racer. This new installment to the Xbox is a nice change from simulation racers such as the Gran Turismo series, that being said if simulation is what your looking for then steer clear of this game.

Not to say its bad but it isnt a game that is meant to have depth, if you have a spare 5 minutes you can have a zip around the track. The games simplistic gameplay is what makes it so fun, the over the top unrealistic drifting with a good sensation of speed is what makes the game feel so laid back in terms of a driving game. visually its a nice polished title the ferrari models look lush.
