I bought the Zen Nano to replace the generic player I had (and because the i-river player I was after was out of stock everywhere.) Firstly the earbuds were far too large for my (probably average sized) ears. Not a problem as I already had some good quality buds. Second, the FM radio didn't work. Not a peep. As I bought the Zen primarily for mp3 playback I decided against the hassle of sending it back. Another irritation was that there is no "Hold" switch - this function is accessed via the menu. On the upside, playback quality was good as was battery life. However, the final straw came when the tag that secures the battery cover broke (under normal use).
