Archos 604 - Wifi 30GB Portable Media Playerfrom: Archos November 14, 2006 Having keenly arranged to receive a 604 for my birthday I decided to chip in the extra 50 quid and uprgrade to the WIFi, which I must add is only necessary if you need wireless internet otherwise it isnt really necessary. The kit is brilliant, the screen gorgeous, but I will struggle to ever again purchase an Archos product due to the ridiculous amount of software, extras and plug-ins I have had to buy: 1. Screen protector £5 2. MP4 converter for Mac £16 3. AVI- M-PEG4 plug-in another £13 4. The DVR dock which I got a good deal on £50 5.
