I bought some for my better half for christmas and have been really impressed with them. Sound clarity is excellent even at volume. Volume is controled by simply touching the + or - buttons on the unit itself or on the remote and goes up or down in pretty acceptable blocks, not whisper quiet to deafeningly loud in one tounch like some. They also charge your iPod while connected to the unit which is a real bonus. On the downside, the remote control funcions are a little basic. You've got volume, skip forward and back, play and pause.
