. Xbox 360 Elite Console (120 GB Hard Drive)from: Microsoft August 24, 2007 The XBOX 360 elite was my fourth 360. note the past tense "was". I bought a 360 a year and a bit ago, which broke down just around 3 months later with the RROD. it was replaced soon after by the retailer and the next one was the best one - it lasted about 6 months. died with a disc drive error. again, still within a year so was replaced by the retailer - the next one lasted around 4/5 monts before yet another RROD. Then, hoping for a fully functional 360, ordered an elite. 12 weeks. 12 weeks and it RROD'd. i could have got it replaced but, i was very, VERY tired with the whole charade and so ordered myself a PS3 console which - and dont say im being biased here because this is my honest opinion - is much quieter, much prettier (the games in ...
