Crayola Beginnings Tadoodles First Marks

I bought these for my 20 month old as he was going through a stage of eating the nibs of all the pens/crayons he could reach, and when he did use the pens he just wanted to stab the paper and scribble. These are perfect for him. Gone are the times of him putting the nib into his mouth (and sucking the ink out), and he can stab the paper as much as he likes without breaking the end of the pen. He was able to use them from the moment he picked them up and they have survived being thrown many times across the room. Being Crayola, they are washable and somehow the ink does not dry out even though there isn't a lid to put on the pens. I would recommend these as first pens, especially if your child likes to eat everything.
