It is a little difficult to get your MP3 player in the case, granted but once in, it is very secure and the buttons are still very easy to operate.
It is a shame you can't see the screen, but people seem to be forgetting that if you are running, or at the gym that it is fairly unlikely that you will want to look at it if you are really concentrating on your exercise... most people set up a playlist before they start jogging or whatever...
I have not had problems with the armband slipping but it is gently fiddly doing it up. I have had many armband/mp3 players before and this seems to be no different.
