. SanDisk Cruzer Micro 8GB U3 Readyboost Flash Drivefrom: SanDisk August 21, 2007 Having a 4GB Cruzer c/w U3 software, I decided to also buy its 'bigger brother'. Unfortunately on my Vista machine, the U3 software won't load; this means there is no way to safely "Eject" the drive. Simply removing the flash drive risks long-term damage to the drive & my data. OK it stores reams of data, but if that data is at long-term risk, I cannot recommend this drive. Pity, because the 4GB version + U3 software is superb in every way. U3 works OK on my XP PC. |
