Having 2GB of RAM it manages to cope well with Vista. It comes pre-installed with a free 90 day trial version of Norton Anti-virus, although this can be uninstalled and replaced with a free anti-virus package (Avast, AVG etc). It also has `Acer Arcade' installed which is more or less a carbon copy of Windows XP Media Centre which is also installed... The screen display is very good. It comes with a built in webcam and microphone. It is a little bulky in size, but given the built in features, price and sizable HD (160GB) this is expected.
