It's fun, it tries something different, it looks beautiful if you have a computer that can run it from medium settings on up, and it has the potential for some of the best PvP conflicts in any game I have ever seen. The downside is that it's not quite there yet, I pre-ordered the collectors edition and I've had over a month of incredibly enjoyable gameplay. But I've also been frustrated by bugs, and the fact that some of the classes don't seem quite right yet, partly due to bugs and partly due to inefficient balancing from Funcom.
