Philips GoGear SA3245 4Gb MP3/MP4 Video Playerfrom: Philips March 31, 2008 I bought the Philips GoGear SA3245 4Gb MP3/MP4 Video Player about a month ago and like one of your reviewers, had problems getting the computer to recognise it. In the end I completely reset the device as described in the manual and this did sort of work, but the original problems were still intermittent so I sent the device back (Amazon where great and I had a replacement player within a few days). The replacement player worked faultlessly, but I was a bit disappointed by the jerky scrolling text when playing audio files and I could not get any SMV video file to play properly (both audio and video playback were 'jerky' or broken as if I had the wrong encoding settings).
