Sapphire HD 4870 512MB PCI-Efrom: SAPPHIRE July 02, 2008 Upgrading from a factory overclocked MSI Nvidia 8800GTS 640 this is slightly larger, but still managed to fit in my small form factor Shuttle XPC (a 400W SN27P2) with relative ease. There's no way the GTX series cards would fit without fouling components on the motherboard. It needs additional power, two 6 pin PCI connectors at the end of the card, one usually available from a connector on most modern motherboards, the other by converting a molex power connector (the 4 pin plugs that fit DVD-ROM or PATA drives) or in my case, converting an SATA power connector to molex first.
