- Surely One On the Top Five Shelf
This game was incredible, from the moment I watched the start to the moment I unlocked Mewtwo, the graphics are spot-on and the gameplay is really involving with charachters having different attacks and stronger moves, quicker speed or even better faces than any other Gamecube games I have, apart from Medal Of Honour : Frontline, which I also recommend. Each of the Event matches are really hard and will keep me busy till Christmas 2012!
I recommend this game, buy it, rent it, anything, it will be worth your money!

This game redefines beat-em ups on the GameCube. Nearly every single character in Nintendo history is on this game - from Link to Pichu, from Mr Game and Watch to Kirby.
Multiplayer is nectar - grab 3 friends for some mental bashin' and crashin'! However - included is the excellent tournament mode, where up to 64 people (dream on!) can play in a massive tournament.
There is tonnes to do in single player, be it unlocking the characters themselves (although once you have played X number of matches in multiplayer some characters become available) or playing the Adventure mode (essentially Super Mario with the SSBM characters) or classic mode where you have separate battles with varied foes. There are also trophies to collect - collecting all of them is a mammoth task not likely to be finished by many.
So - a staggering amount to do in single player, with mini games such as the 100 man melee (fight off 100 opponents!) and the Sandbag Baseball (hit the sandbag as far as you can!) and multiplayer a joy to behold, this is a must-have game for any self-respecting GameCube owner!
Rating: - Classic Nintendo Genius
This is a must have for the collection of anyone who owns a gamecube. It's straight forward enough for you to be able to get going right away with enough diffrent features to mean you will keep going back to it as well.
The one drawback is on single player mode it is relatively easy to obtain all the characters and complete the challenges, though as long as you are not a loser and do have some friends the multiplayer game is as much fun as you'll ever have indoors. maybe.

Once again we get a second dose of smash bro's, the original was wonderful how great to get to use nintendos finest characters..an then beat it outta each other. So then a second is planned for release an personnaly being th nintendoid i am i jumped 4 joy. An once again they daint let us(the world) down not only is this game as easy to pick up as th first its alot more fun!
Rating: - Go get 4 pads and 3 more mates!
If you only buy 1 game with your gamecube, this would have 2 be it. The 1 player mode is so much, it would make a good game on its own, but with the multiplayer mode it becomes genius. With a few mates you will neva stop playing it.
There are so many characters to choose from and so many power ups, and did i mention the mini-games, the baseball, mazes challenges.
