Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - A mirror screen would hold the interest for longer than this
Those introduced early to the GBA will have been delighted by flagship games such as Rayman Advance, which show off the full potential of the GBA and herald a new era for handheld gaming.

Unfortunately gamers will also have noticed an influx of sub-quality games for the GBA which, no doubt, have been rushed out to take full advantage of the high price currently commanded by the platform.

Those, like many, who recognise Lego as a quality brand will be supprised at this game, which falls squarely into the latter category.

The graphics have a yearning towards Commadore 16, but rarely surpass the Vic20. Not to worry, those aware of the GBA's need of a powerful light source will be pleased to see the landscapes and foreground rendered in shades of black to greysish back, sometimes greeninsh black and, if we're oh-so-lucky, redish-black.

The gameplay is repetitive and dull, with little to stimulate the interest for above five minutes. Wellington boots on the hands can only improve navigation, as the game has an annoying habbit of throwing you off rocks which you haven't landed exactly on.

Those who have enjoyed listening to steel bands (especially with head firmly under water) will enjoy the aural pleasure of the tinny and muffeled music.

If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding which will show the full potential of your handheld don't pause here, search on Rayman or Mario!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!!
Gameplay:The gameplay is great, thanks to it's sheer size and 6 addictive mini-games, which will add at least an extra 3 hours to the Lifespan. I've been playing it on end for 8 days and I still haven't finished! There are six villages, and after solong, I'm still only on the 4th - that's MASSIVE for a GBA game.

VISUALS:It's a proper 3D game! Not the simple bird's eye view platformer. The bright colours help overcome the GBA's darkness problem.

SOUNDS: They're in stereo (bangs on the left are heard on the left), which cool, relaxing music.

OVERALL:Buy it. Now.

BRING ON BIONICLE II, I say!
