Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Superb Game online but not offline
This is in my view one of the greatest online games of all time even better when playin with freinds but offline this game is a different story it is easy and boring you can kill people with one shot kills it is SO BORING and your team is useless sure they kill people but the single most annoying thing with them is when you ask them to cover you as you attack they dont do a thing it gets you so annoyed you want to snap your disc

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Rainbow sounds nice?
What a nice pretty title. Rainbow six 3 well it is counter-terrorism at it's best. You control a team of four super tough army guys. it's a first person shooter and my favourite thing about it is door options. On certain doors you can interact with them by either opening them or telling your men to: open and clear, flash and clear, frag and clear or my favourite breach and clear. Frag or flash are grenades a flash is none lethal a frag is flash is good for hostage situations. Breach clear is one of a kind you blow the door clean off! It's a thinking shooter not mindless killing but not super tactical. Its ace.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Rainbow Six 3- Halo Beater
In Rainbow Six 3 you control a squad of counter-terrorists in 15 thrilling missions. You set out to stop OPEC from getting the Venezuelan oil shipments to America to end.
This awesome squad-first person shooter surpasses Halo in every aspect.
To command your squad, you either use the Xbox Communicator or joypad to issue orders to your team. Two entrances to a room holding both hostages and terrorists? Simple. Tell your team to ‘open, flash and clear’ one entrance, whilst you rush in, securing the hostage. The flash bang grenade will have disorientated the terrorists, allowing your squad to easily dispatch them.
This type of gameplay is the basis of the game, is incredibly enjoyable and works extremely effectively and efficiently.

This formula works so well that it means when you have solo missions, the game becomes frustratingly hard. The
accompanying squad members are vital in missions and help greatly. The solo missions are, therefore, one of the
few flaws that mire this almost perfect game.

This is the most aesthetically pleasing shooter ever made. The grenade effects and beautiful character animation
is superb. Every one of the fifty-seven weapons in Rainbow Six 3 has been authentically reproduced in stunning
detail. Ubisoft’s other gem-Splinter Cell’s shadows have been used to great effect in RS3. Sound is used very
well, especially in the CEO Mansion level, where classical music is used to humorous extent.
Overall, graphically and dynamically this game is the best.

The replayability and depth of RS3 is its strong point. Multiplayer online is very popular (I don’t have access to
Xbox Live so I do not have any sort of review on quality), however this is the only way you can play multiplayer.
Ubisoft are doing this with all their games and it really is pushing people to splash out on broadband for the
excellent RS3 and SP: Pandora Tomorrow.
Despite this, the fifteen-mission single player campaign is worth the money alone, with its awesome gameplay
and settings which lasts ages.
This is the second age of Xbox first-person shooters. Farewell Halo. Long (Xbox) live Rainbow Six 3.

Note: I am reviewing the non-headset game. I do however believe that the headset is a revolutionary, brilliant
idea.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - YOU STILL HAVNT GOT THIS GAME??
If you are reading this then SHAME on you, you fellow Xbox gamers are letting us down in the rainbow section, you are rude to UBI SOFT..however, you can redeem yourself by getting this game.

This game is excelent, has the graphics, has the gameplay, has the weapons, has the bad guys, what else do you want?
You can play this game offline for ages and not get bored..and if you do..magically?? You also can go online with XBOX LIVE.and test out you skills against other fellow games..i.e. ME! So Comon..getout ya plastic!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Seems watered down compared to the PC version
I play the PC version a lot, and when I bought the Xbox version I was slightly dissapointed.

Maybe it was because the controls were slightly worse (which cant be helped i guess), but it just seemed more focused on yourself than teamwork. The headset commands were a good addition though, it really spiced up the command giving. Still a definete addition to an Xbox's collection.
