- Still numero uno in my XBOX collection ...
I've had this game for a few months now. In all honesty I can say that this is the only game I have been playing for longer than a few weeks. No matter how many new and interesting games I add to my collection the GTA double pack ends up back in my XBOX DVD-drive at least once a month.
Although the graphics are not really state-of-the-art for todays standard this lack is well compensated by the unique gameplay the GTA series have to offer. The cities are huge and next to the in-game missions there's lots of side action going on as well (driving games, stunts, ...).
This is definately a title everybody with a passion for the xbox should own.

these are the best games i have ever bought for my x box. the graphics are great it is extremely fun to play for even twelve hours in a row. i think vice city is better than liberty city because there is more stuff you can do like fly helicopters and other things like that and there is the small things like being able to rune after a car and when you punch it, it dents and the person in the car will either run away screaming or drive of really fast. the weapons are really cool like some of the guns like the sniper rifle and the kruger can blow peoples heads off and you can cut peoples heads off with a katana (big samaurai sword type thing) and you can use quite a lot of stuff as weapons such as you can go into a tool store and buy a screw driver a hammer etc. both of the games are extremely good and if you have a x box buy this game as soon as possible because it is the best game i have ever played and i have abandoned my other 21 games just to complete this game and i rarely ever go on my gamecube. buy this game buy this game buy this game. and i hope san andreas (the new grand theft auto arrives on x-box eventually.

IF YOU WANT A GAME THATS GOT HARDCORE WEAPONS AND VEHICLES, GANG WARFARE,DRUGS,AND COLD HARD CASH THEN THIS IS DEFINATLY THE GAME FOR YOU....WELL..IT WAS FOR ME ANYWAY. IT'S SET IN THE GORGEOUS BUT DEADLY CITY OF VICE CITY, AS YOU MAKE YOUR WAY FROM BEING A DELIVERY BOY YOU WILL EVETUALLY MAKE YOUR WAY TO BEING ONE OF THE RICHEST MEN IN ALL OF VICE CITY.IT IS DEFINATLY WORTH IT FOR THE PRICE BUT,YOUR NOT GETTING ONE GAME FOR THE PRICE YOUR GETTING 2 AND LIKE I SAID COULD A GAME GET ANY BETTER!

If you like stealing cars robbing shops and beating up any one you feel like with copius amounts of weapons to choose from. Also if you want to go on bif fat mad rampages and do countless hit & runs on the old people then this game is for you.
You can now also purchase propertys and fly planes and helicopters also ride a choice of 3 motorbikes which r fun for killing yourself of on and doing drive buys. Alls i can say is BUY THIS GAME NOW !!

Impossible to express just how good this game is. It has restored my belief and interest in the world of consoles games. It has everything and more that you could want from a game. Most games leave me feeling that they could have been better, but I don't see how this game could have been improved upon. There is so much to do and see, apart from the main aspects of the game. Hours can be spent driving around admiring the scenery, performing stunts in the various vehicles, starting gunfights, snipeing people and causing mayhem and chaos. Best of all are the police and the frantic and often hilarious chases. Throughout the game new areas and touches of brilliance are found. The helicopter is great and can be used to fly from area to area over the massive city. I cannot recommend this game enough. Possible the best game ever made. Everyone should play this game and experience gaming perfection. This review is relevant for both of the games, with Vice City probably having the edge.
