Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - A bit on the feminine side...
I bought this game after completing Final fantasy X, which is easily one of their best games to date, along with VIII, and, well, I thought things just weren't right...

Things started okay I suppose. I thought things would stop being all bubbly and camp after the first few minutes of the game. But throughout, things just started to slip. Dressing up in mid-battle? Chasing after a tidus look-alike? Singing? It was just like playing a little girl's game, not the usual teenage fighting, role-playing action titles that we've seen previously. And once you've battled through the entire game, you come to realise that there are 3 or 4 different endings, which I suppose is good, but after I worked my arse off to reach the end, I was given the worst ending! I suppose the feminine game-play must have put me off...

It would have been nice to know that the new producer of Square-enix was into making this kind of game, then I wouldn't have bothered.

HOWEVER, If you really are desperate to know what happens to Yuna after X, then this game is a must have. I must admit that though I got the worst ending, the best ending is well worth the wait. Graphics have been enhanced quite a lot since X, and the Turn-based system has vanished. I'm more of a turn-based person myself, but it was a nice change. Millions of variables mean that this game can go in any direction. I recommend a Walk-through.

A good game for hard-core FFX gamers, but not for those who like Final fantasy as a whole.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Chauvanistic rubbish
As a woman, I am quite insulted by how women are portrayed in this game. I defy you to find an outfit - sorry, "Dress Sphere" - that isn't either incredibly revealing, shamelessly erotic or both (alright, with the exception of the Mascot full-body suit). To make things worse, Rikku and Yuna both squeal all the time like 12-year-old teenyboppers on ecstasy.

The mission system, while alright in itself, has some flaws. Namely, if you just follow the game through you will miss most of the storyline (and be incredibly weak at the final boss). It's one of those games where you have to constantly visit GameFAQs to find out where to get much-needed items and equipment.

I can't really recommend this game, unless you really want to know what happens to Yuna and the gang, or unless you have a thing about watching scantily clad women bouncing around toting pistols.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Mediocre rpg
I really have to say, I was greatly disappointed with this title. The wait seemed like ages for this to come out, and was it worth the wait? NOPE! SquareEnix what are you doing?!

I gave this game 3 stars, because it isn't TOO bad, and I suppose worth buying for a tenner or so. But, if you are looking for a really good Final Fantasy rpg, then I would suggest ANY of the others.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Final Fantasy X-2
Most ff fans say this is the worst from the series but i say it's one of the best so what if there was some changes and the were not many changes anyway! great gameplay 10/10 must buy!

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Like many others I didn't really go for the changes made here.
The setting seems alien to that of FFX which is dadt because this is a direct sequel. The style has little to do with the previous game and the altered levelling up system is a bit rubbish as well. not a good final fantasy game, but taken alone its a fair game. just not great.
